Dr. Emmanuel Noche began providing ENT services to Southeastern Ohio communities in 1976, and has become a beloved and respected physician for his quality service and availability.
Dr. Noche graduated with his medical degree from the University of St. Thomas at Manila in the Philippines, and then completed his internship and residency at Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
In 1980, Dr. Noche served as the Chief of Medical Staff for Guernsey Memorial Hospital, and then in 1984 he was selected to be the President of the Guernsey County Medical Society, where he functioned in that capacity for several years.
