Appointments can be made via telephone. A list of each office location and phone number is provided on the web site. When you are calling please make sure to have your insurance information available.

How do I obtain a prescription refill? |
| |
It is important not to miss any doses prescribed by your physician. If you need a refill of your medication, please call your physician’s office during regular business hours. It is best to call when you have at 2-3 days of the medication remaining.

What insurances do you accept? |
| |
We accept most major insurance carriers. However, it is the patients’ responsibility to determine coverage. Prior to coming into the office, you should still check with your insurance plan to confirm our physician is in-network and to determine benefits.

Do I need to pay for my procedure/test prior to being seen? |

Yes, in most cases.
If you have insurance and are responsible for a co-payment or a high deductible, these payments are expected at the time of service. We will bill your insurance carrier for the services rendered, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance company. Also, there may be advanced payment required for any elective procedures you agree to have done.
If you do not have insurance, you are expected to pay for each service you receive. We offer discounts when full payment is made the same day.

How long will my first appointment take? |

Your initial visit may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on which specialty you are going to, and based the nature of your medical concern. Additionally, there is a chance that your doctor may get called to the hospital for an emergency. If this happens and we see that you may have an extended wait, we will offer you the option to wait or reschedule your appointment.

What did I get in the mail? |

You will receive a bill each month reflecting the remaining balance on your account. This will reflect the previous balance due, any payments received since your last statement, and the current balance due. Prompt payment on your balance is appreciated.

Is financial assistance available for the bill from my physician? |

Yes, a financial assistance program exists, but certain restrictions apply. Contact our Patient Financial Counselor at (740) 439-0733 for further information.

Does the financial assistance program for my hospital charges work in the doctor’s office? |

No, it does not. A separate application and approval process is required for financial assistance on the charges for services you get from your doctor. |
